Alrighty, lets get things started. There was a tragic incident at Love Parade festival which took place in Germany last month. There was a stampede as folks were trying to get into the event. About 20 innocent lives were lost and many were feared injured. This is unfortunate and hope organizers of future concerts/ events take note of this. My prayers go to the families who lost their loved ones.

I got a request to mix the song, My Guru- Jack Johnson with a hip-hop song. Even though, hip-hop is not my forte, I was down for it. I did a mashup of the song, My Guru( infused some good house in it “-”) and it is the first track in this weeks mix. Let me know what you guys think about the mashup?

My pick for this weeks club banger is Sander Van Droon presents Purple Haze – Hymn 2.0. It is an insanely amazing track and the video is a sneak peak into the life of first rate DJ . Check out the 90 second preview of pure awesomeness and euphoria!

Hope your summa has been terrific so far..In celebration of Electric Daisy Carnival festival  (http://www.electricdaisycarnival.com/), which took place last weekend in the city of angels, Los Angeles,here is my second mix for the summa. Over 185,000 people attended the carnival and its a strong indication of the rising popularity and interest in dance (house/ progressive/ trance) music. The tracks mentioned above are amazing, have a unique vibe and are beautiful compositions.
