The Route One for Life Project

Well, we analyzed and reviewed one of the most anticipated albums of the year. Asher Roth definitely gives us a different type of sound and music in this debut album “Asleep in the Bread Aisle”. Live Band sounding acoustics and a very decent lyrical flow are two major accomplishments Asher depicts on this album.

Our favorite songs on this album will definitely be (the obvious) “I Love College” which you all have seen the music video (See Here if you haven’t been watching TV and had an opportunity to see this very well played Music video), “As I Em”- The song that he talks back to the critics that say he sounds like Eminem and should quit the game. Then there’s our personal favorite on the entire album, which we hope will be one of the next singles in full rotation, it’s called (more…)

Just when I thought college couldn’t get any cooler, Asher Roth came along. Who this guy is and where he came from no one knows. One thing I do know though is that this guy is hot and is driving the industry crazy. With hits like “I love College”, he has captured the hearts of America’s young hopefuls and is quickly spreading. It may be a little hasty to call this guy hip hop’s next great white hope, though he certainly is representing for them.
